Agile work is a mindset, a culture that doesn’t simply arise from digital tools and additional freedom. Rather, it’s about rethinking and thinking differently—about changing existing patterns of behavior. Developing and embodying such a culture requires an environment and a workplace designed for flexibility and growth, as well as for seamlessly switching between analog and digital work—whether through creative collaboration within the team or focused individual work.

For us, the office is a defining element of our identity. Tailored to our needs and the company’s unique workflow, the space was divided into two areas, creating a three-dimensional brand experience. On one hand: the Lab area, a space for experimentation, prototyping, and interactive workshops, as well as opportunities for casual get-togethers. On the other hand: the Work area, where workstations are arranged in a layout that mirrors the company’s internal cycle.

Not only does the division of the office into two sections encourage employees to move around, but the workstations can also be arranged at different heights and in various configurations, allowing employees to change their posture frequently. All rooms feature metal walls where items can be attached using magnets or pins, and wooden hinges allow for the mounting of plant boxes, shelves, and file holders. Workstations—including all necessary materials—can be easily moved from room to room using smart tools like these, allowing both the work environment and individual mindsets to be continuously refined.
